Returns & Complaints

Returning Goods

If you are a consumer or a so-called privileged entrepreneur, you can withdraw from the online sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date you receive the product (the date of delivery).
To meet this deadline, simply write to us:

We will promptly confirm receipt of your notice of withdrawal.
Then, please send the returned goods to us at:

After receiving the goods, we will promptly refund your payment, no later than within 14 days.

Please remember that for some products (e.g., perishable goods), the right of return does not apply.
For digital content, if you gave your consent and we delivered the digital product immediately (before the 14-day withdrawal period expires), the product cannot be returned.

Complaints
For goods purchased from January 1, 2023, we are liable to consumers and so-called privileged entrepreneurs for any non-conformity of the goods with the contract that existed at the time of delivery and was revealed within 2 years from that moment, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. For other entrepreneurs, we are liable in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
For goods purchased up to December 31, 2022, we are liable under the statutory warranty for defects in the goods if the defect is discovered within 2 years of the date the goods were delivered, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
For digital content (ebooks, courses, etc.), we are also liable if the product does not conform to the contract.

If you believe that the product you purchased is not in conformity with the contract or is defective, you can submit a complaint.

To submit a complaint:

    In the complaint, please indicate which product it concerns and describe the issue.
    You should also specify how you would like the complaint to be resolved (e.g., product replacement, repair, refund, price reduction, etc.).
  1. Send us the package with the product you are complaining about.
    Please do not send us parcels with the “cash on delivery” option.
    Complaints are processed no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the product subject to the complaint.
